I have been absent from the blog for a variety of reasons. This website launched yesterday for UNC. I worked on the design as well as the implementation at webslingerz. I don’t mind saying that I’m pleased with the result.

I recently turned 35, and celebrated with friends. I have mostly recovered, although I haven’t decided if I’m about to get a cold or if my allergies are kicking in.

I am going to go on record about a few tasks I need to complete in hopes that by doing so, I might actually complete them.

They are in no particular order:

• Frame some photographs
• Take more photographs
• Take the cats to the vet
• Get the boat running
• Get the Jeep running
• Get ready for trip to Mayaguana
• Arrange something for the pets during said trip
• Finish Jeremy’s website
• Exercise more
• Build a Mayaguana blog

Here’s another photo with a similar treatment. For people who don’t have Adobe Illustrator (Live Trace), you can always use Stanford’s Vector Magic, which is one of the coolest web apps out there for graphics people.

This is a repeat, but I was able to convert the low-res version to a vector and enlarge it. I want to output it to canvas one of these days. I have so many things I’d like to hang in my house. If only it was as easy as blogging the stuff.
