My knee is much better today. I don't think there's any damage. Advil is keeping any pain away, and the swelling is down. I think I'll be back to normal in a couple days. Eko continues to be a great personal trainer, and I'm resolved to start running with him a few times a week. I'll just avoid the pavement until he gets it.
