I've got more photos from vacation to post. This is Libby posing with the African spur thigh tortoise (Geochelone sulcata) at my friend Bill's in FL. It's definitely not a Florida native. He found it crossing a road in the Withlacoochee State Forest. It's either an escapee or someone set it loose after it got to big for them to handle. He's about 40 lbs. He was grazing in the front yard during the cookout. Lib named him Felix.
