Meet Poca

I am fostering Poca (Pocahontas) until she finds her forever home. Poca comes from the streets of Durham, NC where she was found scraped up, and skinny. She followed a kind soul home one day, and immediately won over hearts and minds with her sweet, gentle disposition and charm.

Unfortunately, Poca's saviors have to move where dogs are not allowed (that would be my hell). Poca already has some interested humans, and I'm hoping that she'll soon be with her permanent family. Until then, she's going to join the pack. Things will be a little hectic, I'm sure, but who could say no to this face?

Mike and Libby,
We can't say thank you enough for opening your home an hearts to our Poca Dot! You made everything about our move much easier. It was hard having to pass the leash, but it gives us much relief to know she has wonderful people like you guys looking out for her!
Thanks again,
Jenny and Dan

We are happy to. She's a super sweet little clown. The dogs are crazy about her. You'll have to visit again to see them playing together. I need to make a video. It's nuts! Thanks for the kind words. See you soon!
